Will County Spying On Citizens





Great Scott !!  Will County (Joliet, Naperville, Tinley Park), where I was Planning Director, has been spying on their citizens using aerial photography.

I also used aerial photos back in the day. We never ticketed anyone for an unpermitted structure - we were too busy for that.  We did impress land owners when they called about their property. I would look at the aerials as we talked and tell them their drain tiles ran north and south about 100 feet apart. They were sure I was spying on them.
